A little bit about me

As a seasoned home baker with decades of experience, my passion for the craft was first kindled during my early career. Shortly after leaving school over 40 years ago, I began working in the bakehouse of a well-known company known as Gearys, which later on became the widely-known Greggs chain. The heavenly scent of freshly baked breads and pastries that greeted me each morning was a dream come true, and it was there that this budding cake lover truly blossomed into the baker whom you now behold. It was also the starting point of my journey into cake decorating, a skill I have sharpened to a fine edge over the years through numerous cake decorating courses.
