Cake portions are given as a guide only,

 you may be able to get more or less portions depending on how you cut the cake.

 6 inch cake approx 6-8 slices  8 inch cake approx 10-14 slices 

10 inch cake approx 20-25 slices.. 12 inch cake approx 30-35 slices

 14 inches approx 35-45 slices
